is on reserve shelf for ST421/521. You might use it
as a reference book.
Oct. 13: Oct. 15's office hour 1-2pm will be switched to 3-4pm
Oct. 15: The midterm will be on Oct. 29 (Fri), please bring your calculator
and one 8.5*11 formula
sheet (optional). The exam will take 50 minutes. Please notify my early
if you won't be able to come to class
that day (with strong reasons).
Oct. 25: Jim Faulkner will proctor your midterm (Oct. 29). I will
be out of town that day, my office hour on
Oct. 29 (1-2pm) will be cancelled. My office hours on Wed., Oct. 27
are at 3-5pm.
Nov. 3: Nov. 5's office hour 1-2pm will be switched to 3-4pm
Nov. 12: The final exam is scheduled at 9:30am Thur. (Dec. 9). Please
notify me early if you can not
take your final at that time (with strong reasons).
Dec. 1: I will answer questions and work on some exercises, please
send me emails if you have
trouble on some exercises.
Dec. 6: Your homework 9 and 10 are outside of my office (Kidder 76). Please pick up your homework.
