| We have left ample time for you to complete all recorded activities. PLEASE: Do not leave these activities to the last minute!! You can preview quizzes before you take them and discuss them with your classmates. Do this early and leave yourself plenty of time to complete the activities before their deadlines. There will be no makeups of late activities. No exceptions. You may not discuss a Quiz after you have submitted it to be recorded. |
Your final grades will be based on
| Activity | Points |
|---|---|
| On-line Quizzes | 180 |
| Communication Activities | 30 |
| Extra Assignments | 50 |
| Midterm | 140 |
| Final | 250 |
| TOTAL | 650 |
Scores for exams and online activities will be recorded in the
QuestWriterTM
Gradebook. Each student will
receive a total score out of a possible 600 points. These total scores
will be compared and course grades will be assigned on a curve by your
instructor. The grading scale will not be tougher than the standard straight
scale: 90%=A-, 80%=B-, 70%=C-, 60%=D-, 50%=F. You must score at least 50%
of the total possible points to pass the course with a D- or better.
