This site provides resources for teachers, librarians, parents, and students. There are many links on this page that connect you to sites that provide information on Multicultural Literature. Some topics include books for children, book reviews on multicultural books, writing multicultural books, and multicultural lesson plans.
2. http://members.aol.com/mcsing29/index.htm
This is a great site that provides lists and lists of a variety of multicultural books. The genres included are fiction, historical fiction, poetry, and picture books. A book of the week is also selected. This site is a great site to look for books for your classroom. The goal of the site is to help everyone appreciate the multicultural diversity that is present in our world.

This is the site for Lee & Low Books which is a company that has published over 100 multicultural books for children. This is another great site that provides a number of books to choose from that all have a specific focus on multicultural themes. These books are directed not just towards children of color but all children so that they learn to appreciate the differences that surround them. Many of the books that they have created have won numerous awards.

This Culture Catalog site sells materials and services for teachers, librarians, and parents who are looking for books and multimedia resources in culture. They have a variety of books, videos, teacher materials, and other tools to choose from. They believe that these materials will be a valuable resource for great teaching. Some of the materials that they have are very hard to find and are very rare as well. They believe they have the best resources out there to provide awareness in multicultural learning.

The Multicultural Book Review Homepage enables you to find a multicultural book or let others know of any books you could recommend. This site also provides links to other multicultural sites.
6. http://celebrationbooks.com/
The Celebration Bookstore site provides information for obtaining multicultural resources including books, movies, and music. On the main page it has a link that connects to their recommendations. A benefit for purchasing items from this site means that 15% of their profits will go to the Children's Defense Fund. The mission of this fund is to ensure every child has a successful chance of having a good life with the help of caring families and communities.
7. http://falcon.jmu.edu/~ramseyil/mulasia.htm
This site provides links to children's literature on the peoples of Asia and Americans of Asian and Pacific Island heritage. There are books on India, Nepal, Japan, Korea, and other Southeast Asian countries.
8. http://www.eslcafe.com/bookstore/literature.html
This site enables you to search for a variety of different books on genres such as Bilingual Education. This site is not as in depth as the other sites but it still provides some resources that may be beneficial to ESL teachers.
